There will be a funeral service for Frances Brown on September 28, at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (3440 Richmond Road). There will be a visitation from 10:00 AM, a service in the chapel at 11:00 AM, followed by a reception. All from Church of the Messiah are welcome.
