GROWING IN GRACE

I NEED TO DEVELOP GODLY ATTITUDES.

A) Grow in a humble, trusting, knowing, walking in how big, almighty, and loving the Triune God is.

B) If you do not contemplate the bigness of the Triune God through the cross, His bigness will not free you, but crush you.

C) You cannot look up to Jesus as Your crucified Lord if you are looking down your nose at the people you meet.

I NEED TO GROW IN PRAYER.

A great way to do this is to learn to pray the Bible. Pray this prayer until you can pray without reading:

Almighty God, You alone have created all things, sustain all things, and will bring all things to their proper end; and Your only begotten Son is the only Saviour for us, your fallen creatures. Please pour the Holy Spirit into our hearts so that we will live each day gripped by the Gospel and share the Gospel with heartfelt compassion. In Jesus' name. AMEN
