We have teamed up with a number of Christian organizations to help bring God’s kingdom on earth. Below are a few of the gospel-centered groups of brothers and sisters with whom we have connected and supported.
Compassion is a global non-profit organization that works to release children from poverty in Jesus’s name. Church of the Messiah, along with several churches in the Ottawa area who form the Ottawa Compassion Collective (OCC), supports Compassion’s work in a community in Guatemala through child sponsorship as well as the Survival Project. This work funds healthcare, educational, and spiritual services for children as well as pregnant moms and their newborn babies.
Compassion Sunday is a day set apart when people like you are equipped and empowered to speak up in their very own churches for children living in poverty.
